Privacy Policy

This privacy policy outlines what personal information we collect; how it is collected, stored, and used; and how you may contact us with questions, concerns, or requests to delete your information.

Facebook Instant Forms

We run lead ads on Facebook. When you click on one of these ads and enter your information into the Facebook Instant Form, the following personal information is collected: your name and your email. We may also be able to view your Facebook profile, thereby linking it to the information you provide. This information is stored with Facebook. You may consider reviewing Facebook's privacy policy for more information. We use the information you provide in a Facebook Instant Form solely for the purpose of contacting you via email.

Email Correspondence

In the case that you provide your personal information via a Facebook Instant Form, we may choose to contact you via email. We use Gmail, so this personal information is then stored with Google. Any additional personal information provided to us via email correspondence (such as your country) is also stored with Google. You may consider reviewing Google's privacy policy for more information.

Canadian tax law requires that we include the addresses of all clients on our invoices. This information is stored in up to three places: (1) Google, if this information is provided via email, (2) PayPal, when you submit payment for a project, and (3) on invoices saved in our Dropbox account. You may consider reviewing PayPal's and Dropbox's privacy policies for more information.

How We Handle Your Private Information

We do not sell personal information or give it to any third parties such as other service providers or marketing companies. We keep your private information indefinitely or until you request that it is deleted (see below).
